An initial deep clean, is a clean of all areas of all areas that are to be maintained by A GOAT on a return regular service. An initial clean of the residence will give A GOAT the ability to maintain the initial clean moving foreword. THATS RIGHT! We will NEVER bug you for a deep clean again. It is our belief if we are maintaining you regularly there is no need to continue to request the client to spend additional money. Once an initial clean is complete a Residential Cleaning is available .
Move out cleaning and make ready cleans consists of units already clear of personal items. The clean will be of all surfaces , removal of leftover trash, touch surfaces along with appliances. This service includes interior cupboards, closets, and all areas inside the empty home.
